Frank Ritter is a founder and operator with a strong commercial background in scaling creator marketing businesses in Switzerland, long before influencer marketing became mainstream.

Over the course of more than four years, he held a key commercial leadership role in the build-up and growth of one of Switzerland’s leading influencer marketing agencies, where he was responsible for business development, consulting and revenue growth. During this time, he worked closely with global brands such as L’Oréal, BMW, Nestlé and Henkel, helping shape long-term partnerships and scalable consulting teams.

Building on this experience, Frank founded FAB STUDIO, his own content and social-first agency, which he scaled rapidly through a strong focus on strategy, execution excellence and commercial impact. This entrepreneurial journey ultimately led to the merger with YKONE and the establishment of YKONE Zurich.
