In collaboration with a worldwide network of producers, partners
and the public, the BFFF is constantly redefining the status quo of filmmaking, networking and other creative possibilities in the exciting field of film and lifestyle, creative culture and
mainstream.

Last Friday afternoon,Ykone’s founder and president, Olivier Billon spoke at the 2017 Berlin Fashion Film Festival (BFFF) in Berlin. BFFF was founded in 2012 to highlight the most creative work produced for fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands.

Oliver first joined an interesting panel discussion entitled “Selfies and Social Success” to discuss the growing impact of social media on our daily lives. He was joined on the panel by Alice Bottaro, Creative Director for Berlin-based creative agency Antoni.

Next, he delivered a keynote address about rise of live video streaming and how brands can best leverage this trend by partnering with influencers to create narratives for social channels like Instagram, Youtube and Snapchat. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive with several members of the audience commenting afterward about how inspired they were by the presentation.

In attendance at the festival were 150 film producers, art directors and creative marketing professionals from all across Europe.

A home run for Ykone in Germany.
